Idaho NASA EPSCoR (INE) is now accepting applications for the following opportunities:

Research Initiation Grants

This program provides funding for early career faculty (tenure track and clinical) to gain experience and/or for established researchers to pursue innovative directions in their research. The goal of this program is to facilitate development and enhancement of NASA-aligned research and development capabilities in Idaho. Summer Faculty Fellowship

This fellowship supports faculty in dedicating time during the summer to understand NASA’s research needs and align their expertise accordingly. Participants will explore tools like NSPIRES, the NASA Technology Taxonomy, and the Human Research Roadmap while collaborating with the Idaho NASA EPSCoR team. I-CREWS Summer Authentic Research Experience

The Idaho NSF EPSCoR research project, Idaho Community-engaged Resilience for Energy-Water Systems (I-CREWS), is seeking faculty applicants for the Summer Authentic Research Experience (SARE) program. The SARE program is designed to engage undergraduates in paid summer research experiences (full-time and part-time positions available) to study within a wide range of topics broadly related to the I-CREWS. I-CREWS fields include (but are not limited to) geosciences, biological sciences, social sciences, and resilience science, computational modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
