Ravecca Receives Award at 2024 Raptor Conference

The Raptor Research Center is pleased to announce that Eden Ravecca (Master of Science in Raptor Biology, ’23) received the William C. Andersen Memorial Award for Best Student Poster at the Annual Meeting of the Raptor Research Foundation in October 2024 with her poster “Ecomorphological Variation and Migration Strategies of Black Kites.”

Ravecca attended this Raptor Research Foundation conference as a 2024 International Research Experiences for Students (IRES) – Raptor Research participant to share her NSF-funded research on Black Kites in Spain.

Ravecca is now pursuing a doctoral degree in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior at Boise State University.
