Gail Shuck, a professor of linguistics and director of English Language Support Programs, presented at the national Conference on College Composition and Communication in Baltimore on April 10, 2025.
She appeared on a panel titled “When Linguistic Diversity and Technology Intersect in Writing Programs: Implications for Assessment, Graduate-level Writing, and Multilingual Writing Placement” and was joined by Michelle Trillium Crow, of Cornell University, and Gita DasBender, of New York University.
