Departmental history includes purpose, development, staff, reports, and photographs. Researching a department, whether academic or other, requires involved research. Start by looking at the catalogs to find when a department started (keep in mind possible name changes). The University Archives inventory is the most thorough resource, and please as the archives for assistance.
